Vikalp Fasteners Private Limited offers Studs. They are offering ASTM standard industrial studs made of steel. These are special kind of bolts that do not have a head. Its two ends are fully threaded, with the middle area being of shank or un-threaded area. Some of the standard manufacturing processes of industrial steel studs are casting, forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, grinding, thread rolling, and coating. The manufactured industrial steel studs are tested and checked on the basis of various parameters. Some of these are: Coating thickness, Core hardness of bolt, Dimensions, Fitment with nut, Impact strength. To ensure the avant-garde nature of these fasteners, torque test and tensile strength test are also carried out. If at any stage, it is found that the dimensions of the industrial stud is not conforming to drawing, then corrective action is taken immediately.
