Sibre Brakes (India) offers Disc Brakes, Models RPS, RHI and RKB. These are static storm brakes for rail mounted cranes and machines to prevent runaway in a storm or power failure. RPS design: closing by spring force, hydraulic brake ventilating with the proven benefits of SHI disc brakes. These are available in two ranges: RPS 200-300 – 200 kN-320 kN; and RPS 450-600 – 450 kN-550 kN. Type RKB: gravitational force on closing, electro-ventilating Radkeilbremse. Type RHI: closing by spring force, hydraulic ventilating wheel brake with the proven benefits of SHI-disc brakes. These are available in two ranges: RHI-30, 56, 70 – 30 kN-70 kN; and RHI 101-105 – 26.4 kN-87 kN.
