Technocrats Sales and Service Pvt Ltd offers Indef brand stores stacker crane, which is a high throughput and high-density storage equipment. The crane is suitable for handling materials in places involving narrow aisles and tall racks (from 6 to 15 m). The equipment runs on rails fixed on the ground between two racks and supported at the top by a top rail. It has a double mast structure with a cabin, carriage and fork assembly between the two masts. Motors are provided for hoisting of fork assembly and for fork movement useful for storage and retrieval of pallets. This is a fully electrical system with benefits such as direct access to each storage unit, reduced product damage and convenient order picking. A single crane can serve multiple aisles (rack rows) with the help of transfer car.
