Kardex India Storage Solutions offers Shuttle XP with Optiflex, an automatic high-density Storage System with safe and effortless operation. The magic word is “Optiflexâ€. It stands for “optiâ€-mised and “flexâ€-ible and it represents: optimised storage density – maximum storage height of each tray can be pre-defined by the operator. Over-sized items are detected when returning trays and clearly displayed on the operator panel. This onboard information guarantees optimum use of the shuttle XP storage capacity. Flexible storage strategy: an electronic height detection system measures all items to be stored, in increments of 25mm, and automatically places them in the most efficient location. This close pitching of shelves offers maximum tray capacity. Efficiency comes first: maximised ceiling clearance and minimised foot print shuttle XP is floor space efficient, with a spacing of only 25 mm pitch between trays the most is made of the storage volumes available, height detection systems controls storage goods, high lift speed guarantees high picking rates.
