Forgewell commenced manufacturing activity in 1978 and has over the years established itself as a leading supplier of duly heat-treated Steel Forgings and CNC Turned Components. The company has in-house facilities to develop and manufacture various engineering components with highest quality, functionality and cost effectiveness. 90% of the sale is to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The forging plant is well equipped with drop hammers, screw presses, upsetters and ring rolling machines to give flashless or close tolerance forge components. All materials are procured with the manufacturers test certificate and tested to conform the chemical/metallurgical properties. The Forge Shop is equipped with necessary quality control equipment and laboratory to test the materials for composition before releasing the same for forging. The company is highly conscious of the critical areas where the products are used. Thus, the quality control works inseparably with the production unit and is responsible for product quality.
