Stainless Steel Flanges

Pooja Steel & Alloys offers all types of Stainless Steel Flanges (forged or plate cut), designed to connect pipes or join pipes to a pressure vessel, valve, pump or any other integral flanged assembly.

The range includes various types of flanges, such as slipon, blind, weldneck, threaded, socket weld, lap joint, and plate flanges as per ANSI B 31.10 (for pressure piping); ANSI B 31.3 (petroleum refinery piping); ANSI B 31.4 (oil transportation piping); ANSI B 31.5 (refrigeration piping systems); ANSI B 31.7 (nuclear power piping); ANSI B 31.8 (gas transmission and distribution piping systems); ANSI B 36.10 (standard for wrought steel pipe); ANSI B 36.19 (valve dimension face and end); and ANSI B 16.11 (forged fittings socket weld and threaded).

Flanges are joined to each other by bolting and joined to the piping system by welding or threading. These flanges are designed to the following pressure ratings: 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 lb or 10, 25, 40, 64, 100 and 150 bar, and the most common facing machined on flanges are raised face, flat face and ring type.
