Spring Units
Bedisons Group produces bonnell springs and bonnell spring units for use in mattress manufacturing. The bonnell spring units are offered with multiple coil counts for a given length. For example, a 190 cm unit can be configured to include 22, 23, 24 or 26 coils along the length. Options: with or without border frame, compressed packing.
- Input materials ? spring wire 1.0-2.4 mm, helical wire 1.4 mm.
- Spring coil configuration ? number of turns 4, 5, 6, 7.
- Height of springs ? 100-160 mm; and
- Diameter of spring ? 80-93 mm.
