ERP series spring retractors are an economical choice for the suspension of tools when ‘zero gravity’ is not required. Tension adjustment is easily performed without tools using the integrated handle system. Unit includes an adjustable stopper to that can be positioned to limit the stroke. EK series spring balancers provide true ‘zero gravity’ tool holding with no drifting or strain. The units have high impact cast ABS housings. Tension adjustment is easy and precise. While EK series are available in capacity0.5-1.5 kg, ERP series are available in 0.5-1 and 1-2 kg capacity. Endo spring balancers are a valuable addition to any assembly shop, body shop and many other industries. They support heavy tools with cable tension equal to the weight of the suspended tools, which makes them seem virtually ‘weightless’. As the tool is repositioned the balancer extends or retracts the support cable to follow the tool’s movements. Constant tension on the cable is accomplished with a spring motor and a tapered drum.
