Single phase/3-phases precise spot cum projection welder is used to weld small components in electronic, consumer and automobile industries. This machine can weld multi spots with proper fixtures and can be used as a single spot welder also. It can be operated on a single phase domestic line with lower power consumption. Movement of the ram is totally vertical either by foot operation or by pneumatic cylinder. The transformer is of high efficiency with low magnetising current. The machine could be set easily for small batch production.
