Shri Guru Nanak Electricals Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, manufactures a wide range of ‘New Gold’ high frequency motorised Spindles and motors. The company has the capacity to manufacture high frequency spindles and motors from 500 to 12,000 RPM and from 220 V to 550 V range with the best design and high quality balancing along with the safety locking by thermistor and PTC. It has the experience of 25 years for servicing and rewinding spindles manufactured by reputed companies like GMN, Gamfior, IBAG, Voumard, etc., with complete servicing, rewinding, ball bearing fitting and vibration and balancing by reputed ABRO balancing machines in micro gm by international balancing grade 2. And after completion the spindle and high frequency motor are checked by assembly balancing platform. The company has the experience of working on thousands of spindles ranging from 10,000 RPM to 120,000 RPM in various types of spindles used in precision grinding and vertical milling centres and other special purpose machines. The insulation is check by 2000 Mega ohm, for the grinding process and milling process.
