The SG iron castings plant was established in the year 2001. The company can undertake development and manufacturing of any components by spheroidal graphite iron castings as per drawings, specifications, material details and samples provided by customers, always taking full care to maintain quality, accuracy and timely delivery. The plant is set up with ultra modern infrastructure – melting shop, moulding shop, core shop, well equipped laboratory for conducting all type of physical, chemical, microstructure and sand test, finished goods inspection, fettling, grinding and inspection and machine shop, etc., and related facilities to maintain quality assurance to a high degree of accuracy required in process of spheroidal graphite iron castings. They have a team of expert technical technocrat engineers, skilled workers and experienced trained administrative staff. They can take up the SG iron castings in capacity of weight range 0.5 kg to 500 kg per single piece and their production capacity is up to 3000 tonnes annum in materials as per ASTM, BS, DIN, EN, SAE, ISO, IS and other international standards or according to need of customers.
