Rohde & Schwarz introduces Models R3267 and R3273 spectrum analyzers. They feature a noise floor from 137 dBm through to 26.5 GHz at the minimum trigger bandwidth of 10 Hz, - 113 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset from carrier, and 80 dBc third-order intermodulation distortion. The instruments can also perform IQ modulation and code domain power analysis.
