Instrumentation Ltd offers Special Valves and Products. Established by Government of India in 1964 at Kota as an indigenous source for total C&I packages, the Palakkad unit of Instrumentation Ltd was set up in year 1974 for manufacture of final control elements. The company has completed 25 years of highly fruitful and successful collaboration with Yamatake Honeywell, and has supplied more than 300,000 valves to various core sector industries. Further to being market leader in India, the company has contributed significantly to the export market, with supplies to erstwhile USSR, Romania, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Zambia, Malta, Egypt, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. The company also offers Butterfly Valves , On-Line Pwm Ups , Safety Relief Valves etc...

  • Bellow sealed valves – in collaboration with Segault SA, France
    • Pressure rating up to ANSI 2500 lbs
    • Bellows available in materials like SS-316L, hastelloy C, inconel, monel, etc
  • Anti surge valves (VAZ) – special high pressure drop valve for gas service in pressure rating of ANSI 2500 lbs with LO-dB trim and Class IV leakages
  • Teflon valve – for extreme corrosive conditions
  • High pressure drop valve (VHD) – for liquid application with high pressure drop service from ½ inches to 6 inches size
    • Rating ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500 lbs
    • Special anti-cavitation cascade trim
  • Pilot operated valve (VSP) – from 1½ inches to 6 inches size
    • Pressure rating ANSI 2500 lbs
    • Leakage class V
  • Valve as per NACE standard MR-01-75 – for sour service in petroleum industries in hydrogen sulphide atmosphere
  • Pressure reducing and desuperheating station – control valves for steam pressure reduction and spray water control from ILP range for rating up to 3000 psi with venturi/MNS type desuperheater in exclusive marketing tie-up with Kiekens BV Holland
  • Valves for very high erosive/corrosive service – special ceramic lined valves for counteracting very high rate of erosion and corrosion effects
  • Self drain valve (SDV) – from ½" to 6", 150 to 600 PSI, valves without dead pockets suited for slurry and urea services.
