Solutionising with rapid water quench facility ( temperature up to 600 deg C for Aluminium and Temperature up to 1100 deg C – for SS). Gas / LDO / Electrically heated. Fully automated through PLC control with report generation. Transport system with hydraulic motor with least delay quench ( 5 to 7 secs) for Aluminium parts.
