Biltz Cutting Tools Company offers Solid Carbide Machine Reamers for finishing holes in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. These reamers can perform reaming operation in very hard materials such as steel, grey cast iron, aluminum silicon alloys, hard and abrasive plastics in situations where life of HSS reamer is not economical. These are offered with special geometry, which can overcome problems & holes with interrupted holes, intersecting holes & holes with keyways. These are available in various sizes from as small as 1 - 70 mm and also available in solid carbide as well as through coolant with spiral holes.
