Mecgale provides complete Turn Key solution in Wet slurry Ash (Bottom / Fly Ash) disposal system for thermal power plants. The lean slurry ash from the slurry sump is pumped longer distance to the ash pond with the help of slurry duty centrifugal pump. Depending on the basis of required slurry ash conveying capacity & distance involved we design the system by utilizing number of pumps are used in series and in parallel. In order to recover the water, ash water recovery system is also simultaneously used. The ash slurry concentration in lean slurry ash disposal system is about 25% to 30% and conveying velocity maintained 2.0 to 2.8 m/sec.
