Kao Yeh Machine Industrial Co, with more than 35 years of experience in slitting engineering, is the pioneer of slitter machines from Taiwan. The company built the first surface-winding slitter with a two-drum roller, which was granted a patent. Two-drum winding is now commonly used in large reel converting, such as non-woven and paper rolls. The company offers a slitter, Model KY-A402. This is a duplex centre/surface winder with 3-motor drive, good for all kinds of plastic film, foil, laminates and specialty paper. Features: shafted or shaftless unwind loading, unwind brake controlled by powder brake, automatic guiding system, fully automatic tension controller, rewind core shafts: air shaft or mechanical differential friction shaft, rewind diameter normally 500 mm or specially made 600 mm, and swing-out unloading.
