Creed Engineers Private Limited provides Omega range of high-speed slitter inspection rewinder for label finishing. The product has air expanding 76-mm unwind mandrel with electronically controlled unwind tension. The rewind mandrel is driven by an independent motor drive with a slipping clutch to give accurate tension control. Adjustable splicing table is provided with air-operated clamps. Scissors knife slitting station is equipped with three knives. Other features include: end of roll automatic slow down; 1,600 mm inspection area with splicing facility; adjustable/quick release nip drive and electronic web guidance system. These machines are available with web widths of 270, 330 and 410 mm with a variety of options including three die cutting stations, flexo UV varnish, re-register die cutting and missing label detection.
