Rollon offers TB Slideway a low friction material, which is an engineered thermoplastic compound developed for use in linear bearing elements to avoid metal-to-metal sliding contacts. It is a self-lubricating, wear resistant material. It provides low friction stick slip free operation, better positioning accuracy, repeatability, vibration damping, and long life with minimum wear. It is used extensively on the guide ways of new & reconditioning of guide ways in SPM’s, CNC’s and conventional machine tools. It is available in thickness ranging from 0.8 - 4.0mm with standard width 12” and length.
