Kolsite Maschine Fabrik Ltd manufactures single screw extruders suitable for the extrusion of polyolefin pipes (HDPE/PP/LLDPE/LDPE). These `next generation? extruders have a barrier screw and separate channels for melting and solidification. They have higher outputs rates with good melt homogeneity. The extruders with screw diameters in the range 45 to 220 mm give output ranging from 140 to 2,300 Kgs/hr. The power of main drive connected to the unit is in the range 45-650 KW/DC. Agriculture/irrigation pipes; sprinkler pipes; drip pipes; water supply/pressure pipes; effluent collection and disposal system and submarine and underwater pipes are the different types of pipes that can be extruded.
