Manufacturing technologies, processes and services: for composite materials ? resin transfer moulding with Cornat Technology from Owens Corning, and spray-up and hand lay-up process; for engineering plastic material ? large size (2 x 1.2 mtr) vacuum/thermo forming of thick gauge sheet; cold bending of poly carbonate sheet. The range of products includes: long life large size outdoor backlit/frontlit 2D/3D signages/hoarding with assembly of variety of materials including FRP, flex with vinyl stickers or digital printing, steel/aluminium fabrication duly powder coated with electrical and electronics control, and other customer friendly assemblies.
