Joule Tech Inc offers imported Short Wave Infrared Heaters and Modules (reflector and casing as per requirement) for the fastest heating applications. The heater has transparent quartz tube sheath and consists of tungsten coiled element duly centred and supported, with terminal leads at both the ends. It is available in 9 standard lengths having ratings from 500 W to 3000 W and recommended for horizontal installation only. Since it has peak wave length of 1.16 microns and has max watt density of 100 W/liner inch, it is mainly used for PET perform heating in stretch blow moulding machines, paint baking, ink drying on offset machines, screen printing curing on textiles, pre-heating prior to embossing, sterilising, etc.
