Kasera Heat Transfer Pvt Ltd offers a range of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. Shell and tube heat exchangers have filled virtually every heat transfer need in the fifty plus years from the company’s existence. Earlier there were standard products, later there were engineered products, with each heat exchanger designed for a specific application. The company’s experienced design and engineering staff works with the best team and the best tools in the industry to meet any heat transfer challenge. It builds all TEMA type heat exchangers: shell sizes – from 4" (100 mm) to 120" (3050 mm) normal, with occasional smaller or larger shells; maximum tube length – 40 feet (12 mtr); maximum lift capability – 50 tonnes; tubes – Tri pitch or square, low fin or bare, Bascore, plate fin; heads – cast iron, bronze, SS 316, fabricated heads available in steel, SS 304, or 90/10 CuNi; and flow – available in 1-pass, 2-pass, and 4-pass designs. The company has built shell and tube heat exchangers conforming to the following codes: ASME Code, Section VIII, Div. 1; ASME U&R Stamp; TEMA Class B, C & R; API 614, 660, 618; and Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR).
