Metal Forge (India) is engaged in fabrication of Sheet Metal Parts from exotic metals such as stainless steels of all grades, aluminium, alloy steel, titanium, hastalloy, inconel alloy and many other special alloys. Established in 1986 by an entrepreneur with over 30 years of expertise, the company has served national intuitions like ISRO, BARC and industries like aeronautics, food, dairy chemical, petrochemical and fertilizers plants with indigenous facilities and skilled manpower. Be it small or a large industrial organisation, satisfying stringent quality requirements of the customer is always a priority at this metal forming workshop with two facilities, well equipped with: CNC lathe machine, Model IKEGAI 350; centre lathes – 4 ft/16 ft; vertical turret lathe – capacity dia 800 mm; HMT milling machine, two units; VMC, BFW make AGNI Model B M V 45; various lathe machines up to various machining allowances/centre height 1000 mm; hydraulic press capacity varying up to 2000 tonnes; hydraulic shearing machine; zig grinding machine; and hardness testing machine for Rc/BHN scales. Inspection facility: radiography test, hydro tests up to 120 bar pressure and hardness testing, etc; and in-house radiographic test facility adhering to ASTM standards with qualified level-II operators contracted with external agency.
