Pratap Tex-Chem Pvt Ltd offers medium oil Semi Synthetic Coolant, Supercut-5000-SS. This is medium oil content stable water soluble metalworking fluid. It forms stable milky emulsion in soft and hard water. It has got a good bio-stability which makes it low on odour and it gives excellent rust protection to machines and components even in hard water. Supercut-5000-SS does not contain harmful additives which makes it eco-friendly and human friendly. It gives high tool life even at elevated temperatures due to compounded extreme pressure additives; and excellently smooth cutting performance due to excellent flushing off properties. It also helps in getting better job finish and easy and quick carriage of chips to the chip conveyor or magnetic separator.
Advantages

• Free from added triazine biocides, nonyl phenol and NP ethoxylates, sulphur EP, phosphorus EP, colouring dyes, multi metal compatibility – ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including high tensile steels, aluminium alloys and yellow metal alloys
