Characteristics

• Flexible layout
  The excellent self-priming performance enable the pump to draw liquid up smoothly, even it air remains in the suction pipe due to up-and-down piping or the other condition.
• Outstanding self-priming ability
  With priming liquid (600cc) only before the first operation, the suction lift reaches 2m in one minute.
• Compact design
  The unified pump-filter design makes the body compact, reducing the overall size to approximately one third of the conventional system.
• Accepts a wide variety of cartridges
  Diameter range: Ø62 (general size) –Ø115 (our standard: Ø115, large diameter wound cartridge).
• Cartridge exchange with no liquid dripping from housing
  Since “CHEMIFINE” has no check valve, the liquid will flow back when the air release cock at the top of the filter housing is opened after the pump is turned off. The back-flow of the liquid makes the housing empty, and therefore, liquid will not drip from the housing when exchanging cartridge.
  
  

• With priming liquid poured from the priming inlet at the top of the housing, the pump will draw up just after the operation starts. In case of 2m suction lift, the pump will be in the normal operating Stare in one minute with the filter housing full of liquid.
• The valueless self-priming filter pump needs the priming liquid only before the first operation. Its unique valueless mechanism allows a sufficient amount of liquid to remain in the pump casing when the pump is turned off. Therefore, a foot valve is not required for the pump.
• Ø 115 filter cartridge is three times as large as the filtration area of Ø 62 cartridge (general size) with longer filter life.
