Lubi Group offers Self Priming Mud Pumps. It is available in voltage range from 180 V to 240 V for single phase and 300 V to 440 V for 3-phase, plus quick automatic self priming action. Repairs are possible without disturbing the pipe connections. Highlights: non-clogging impeller to handle suspended solids; portable when fitted on trolley/ trailer; no need for foot valve; perfect alignment due to monobloc construction; high efficiency; models in 3 phase AC power supply are also available; class of insulation "B"; solid particle handling size from 7 to 15 mm; 1 HP model available with mechanical seal and others are with gland packing. Features: withstand wide voltage fluctuations; long life due to replaceable wearing parts; dynamically balanced rotating parts; easy maintenance and spares availability; designed for automatic air release during priming; grease lubricated deep groove ball bearings; and models with IP-44 protection. Applications: where self priming action is required; marine - pumping water from docks, ports, vessels; industrial - pumping petroleum products, chemicals effluents, sewage, ash-water, etc; civil construction - dewatering foundations, trenches and pits; mobile machinery - cooling water for marine engines and shovels; and public utilities - sewage pumping.
