Kerb Konus Fasteners Pvt Ltd is engaged in manufacturing various types of Threaded Inserts in collaboration with Kerb-Konus-Vertriebs-GmbH, Germany, specially for sheet metal, electronics and automobile industries. The company offers a wide range of Self Press-in Studs, or “Clifa Studs”. These are available from sizes M 2.5 to M 8 with lengths from 6 mm to 34 mm. These studs are suitable for sheet thickness 1.0 mm. These studs are available in materials MS and SS. These studs are pressed into pre-punched/drilled (no deburring or countersinking) receiving holes. Several studs can be installed in a single work process, as no special tools are required for installation. These studs are particularly suitable for creating torque resistant screw connections capable of withstanding high loads in materials MS, SS, brass, copper, light alloys, etc. The company also offers mini anchor/anchor rivet nuts and hex clinch stand-offs.
