Tech Mech Engineers offers Sectional Warping Machines, Servotech-120. Salient features: width (mm): 2200 to 4000; flange diameter (mm): 800 to 1250; fixed cone height: 11? or 9? or 7?; metallic drum; AC variable speed drives; frequency control; hydraulic disc brakes on both the sides; stopping of drum at exact position at end of section; auto braking in case of power failure. Two separate motors are available for warping and beaming. Servo system for movement of warping table and synchronous speed of drum and table with programmable logic controller. Power saving up to 90% in hydraulic motor working, separate beaming device for high capacity beam, flat reed with fine angular adjustments, central position of warping table and creel maintained, beam donning and doffing hydraulically. Power supply: 440 V ? 5%, 50 Hz, 3-phase.
