Tech Mech Engineers offers Sectional Warping Machines, PLCTECH-110. Salient features: width (mm): 2200 to 4000 flange diameter (mm): 800 to 1250; fixed cone height: 11? or 9? or 7?; metallic drum; AC variable speed drives; frequency controlled; hydraulic disc brakes on both sides; stopping of drum at exact position at end of section; auto braking in case of power failure. Two separate motors are available for warping and beaming. Programmable logic controllers are available for: accurate length of warps, auto home position and re-positioning of warp table, constant linear speed in warping and beaming, auto stopping of lost warp end at beaming stage, yarn break memory and data stored no. of sets of warping, TFT 5-7" touch screen graphic display. Safety devices are provided to avoid accidents. These machines are sturdy, compact, modular and ergonomically designed. Power supply: 440 V ? 5%, 50 Hz, 3-phase.
