Suraj Stainless offers Seamless Pipes & Tubes. These are obtained from hot extruded mother pipes. The mother pipes are cold drawn which involves the reduction of cross-sectional area of the pipe either by cold pilger or cold draw bench. The cold drawing is employed to reduce the diameter as well as the wall thickness, which is further subjected to solution annealing in a continuous roller hearth furnace. Manufacturing standard followed: ASTM/ASME-213, 269, 312, 789, 790. Grade: TP 304, 304L, 304H, 316L, 316H, 316Ti, 321, 347. Duplex: UNS - S32750, S31803, S31500. Application: heat exchanger, LP/HP heaters, instrumentation, etc.
