- The furnace is made out of high quality refractory from repeated brands and nicely welded with mild steel metal sheet.
- SS pot and crucible are tested ultrasonically before they are filled with molten salt into which work is immersed for either heating or cooling.
- Crucible pot is capable of handling heavy salts such as nitrates, nitrites, caustic soda, chlorides, carbonates, and cyanide.
- Salt bath furnace model – IEC-300 kg per batch; maximum temperature – 1050oC.
