The objective: remove the existing rust from the metal surface; clean the oil, dirt and rust from the metal surface; and protect the metal surface from further rust. Type: clear liquid, synthetic and acidic solution. Advantages: removes rust and oil or dirt from all types of ferrous components; easy to apply by using a cloth or dipping; quickly reacts with the rust and cleans the surface simultaneously; and protects the components from further rust, no need of a rust preventive. Material compatibility: all types of ferrous metals and alloys. Free From Added: highly acidic compounds; sodium nitrite; and phenolic couplers. Typical physical properties: concentrate; appearance - clear liquid; odour - mild; specific gravity - 1.10-1.15; pH - 2.0; and flash point - >100°C.
