The new innovations that Gold Seal Group has done is to vary the section of extrusion to a bigger or smaller diameter of the bulb so that there is maximum performance of sealing on the corners or potential leakage areas due to different gaps between the body and the glass. This innovation of varying the profile during extrusion process eliminates the requirement of finishing, moulding, notching, etc., which are extra additional processes done off line. The range includes: Vario Section - the variable extrusion, high stability and softness wherever possible; Vario Proof - the seal inside the seal, elimination of adding sealant in additional step; Solid Light - less is less, helps reduce vehicle weight without compromising the seal function; and Seal Tex - the stuff that dreams are made of, high quality appearance at low cost.
