These pumps employ a pair of single helical modified profile gears shrunk fitted on hardened and ground shaft as impeller supported on either side on self lubricated sintered bronze bush bearings. Pump casing and covers are machined precisely from closed grained CI casting confirming to IS 210 grade 20.
