Fluid Technik Pumping Systems manufactures Rotokon brand Rotary Vane Pumps in brass. These are volumetric pumps designed for pumping water and moderate aggressive liquids with low flow at high pressure (flow up to 1000 LPH @ 10 to 14 bar). Technical features and manufacturing characteristics: Rotokon pumps are unique, made by using Naval Brass grade IS 291/89 for pump housing, making suitable for alkali based water with SS 303 rotor, while the pumping chamber and the vane are in graphite carbon. Material of construction: housing – Naval Brass grade IS 291/89; vanes – graphite carbon; liner/carbon bearings – graphite carbon; and rotor – stainless steel SS 303. Main applications: reverse osmosis, ultra filtration, cooling systems, etc.
