Model MD-600 is a rotary die cutter, a first in India. It is ruggedly built for reliable operation and can handle the most intricate shapes and the smallest cut-outs. No make ready is required and the interchanging of dies is quick and easy. This enables greater production flexibility, higher quality and better profits on long cr short runs. The cutter consists of two sections-a kick feeding mechanism with vacuum assistance for accurate feeding and a unit with an upper die roll and lower cylinder. The lower cylinder has extremely slow transversal oscillation. The machine is equipped with a jogger conveyor. Model MD-600 rotary die cutter is available in six different sizes to suit individual requirements.
