Gullco International offers Kamel Roll Pipe Turning Rolls that are perfect for hands free rotation of pipe during welding and cutting operations, for pipes from 2†to 16†(51 to 406 mm) diameter. Weighing only sixty-nine pounds (31.3 kg), Kamel roll and idler rolls are portable yet durable. Operares on 115 or 220-240 V 50/60 cycle single phase power supply. Six inch (15.24 cm) diameter roller bearing wheels with long life rubber tread provide friction drive and smooth pipe rotation. The electronic control in the Kamel roll is immune to damage from high frequency electromagnetic interference. The covered footswitch on ten feet of cable provides hands free operation. Two models are available; Model KR-200-L has a turning capacity of 1500 lbs (680 kg), and an infinitely variable forward/reverse speed range of 1-35.4 IPM (2.5-89.9 cm/min). Model KR-200-M has a turning capacity of 1500 lbs (680 kg) and an infinitely variable forward/reverse speed range of 2.2-70.8 IPM (5.6-180cm/min). Rotation speed is precisely controlled and displayed in inches/mm per minute on LED readout. A range of free standing torch supports are available.
