Excel offers Rim polishing machine for bicycle/motorcycle wheel rims. Rim-polishing machine is used for polishing of bicycle and motorcycle wheel rim from inside and side portion at a time. Both operations are completed on a single station at a time, which is a special feature over conventional machines in the market. Doing both the operations at a time on single station helps to reduce job-handling time and manpower, cost which in turn improves quality as well as quantity of output production. 15 to 30 seconds are required to polish the wheel rim by using abrasive flap wheel. The company also manufactures multihead rim polishing machines; centre-less belt grinding machines for round components like bar and pipes; flat polishing machines for strips and square tubes; de-burring machines for gears; and other special purpose polishing, buffing and base grooving machines for non stick cookware and cookers. The company is displaying the machines at IMTEX 2004, Hall No.12, Stand F-23.
