Aqua Sagar Filtration Systems offers Reverse Osmosis Plants. Water is passed through various stages for process of filtration and separation in packaged drinking water plant process.
- Chlorination and de-chlorination – to control micro-organism in raw and treated water, to remove algae from raw water
- Pressure sand filter – to remove suspended matter from the water, by means of multi size graded sand filled in the vessel of stainless steel material, which is natural process of filtration adopted by the nature
- Activated carbon filter – to remove colour, odour and smell from the water, by means of using activated natural carbon, by absorbing contaminated particles of oil and grease from the raw water and to control the BOD and COD in the raw water;
- Anti-scalant dosing – to prevent the desalting element from scale deposition
- Micron filtration – to remove the micron particles from the raw water, by means of using disposable candles having perfect micron size of porosity for filtration
- Osmotic pressure system (HP pump) – to create the osmotic pressure in raw water by using pump
- Desalination by RO membrane element – to desalt the raw water, i.e., to reduce the total dissolve solids by using semi permeable membrane filter elements, where ion filtration process is carried out by applying pressure in the water. So finally there is low salt water with low total dissolve solids and high purity; here the water is drained at one side to wash the membrane filter elements continuously because of filtration process there is nothing to be polluted in the system
- Storage of RO treated water – to remove back pressure in RO membrane elements – it is only storage of the treated water
- Fine polishing filtration – to filter the water from 1 micron to 0.2 microns to achieve the crystal clear filtered mineral water
- UV system to kill the bacteria from fine water.
