Reverse Polarity Module

Digitronics offers Reverse polarity module, RPM 200. It is a DC input front-end module for D5V40AN and D5V20AN DC-DC converters. It protects the converters in the event of accidental application of reverse polarity at the input. It has an additional feature of limiting the inrush current to a safe value. The low voltage drop between input and output does not hamper the overall efficiency when used in conjunction with the DC-DC converter.
