Sai Enterprises offers Resistance Welding Controller. It has a smart weld monitor that gives an alarm instantly if the welded spot is not OK. The welding controller supplies stable welding current by secondary feedback constant current method. The welding controller is compatible with spot welding, 2-head spot welding and seam welding systems with option for networking of up to 32 machines. It has self-adjustment for maximum current, large LED display gives instant view of program. The controller has 3 easy-to-operate counters to aid in systematic quality control and tip dressing schedules.
