M N Electricals offers Nickle-chromium resistance heating alloys.The product range includes Ni80Cr20 and Ni60Cr15 alloys. These can be supplied in oxidised or bright-annealed finishes. Ni80Cr20 gives outstanding performances at temperatures up to 1200°C. It is the first choice for all resistance heater elements operating at high temperatures or under conditions of severe cyclic heating and cooling in either industrial or domestic applications. Its typical application includes electric furnaces, high temperature night-storage heaters and high temperature enclosed elements. Ni60Cr15 alloy has won universal acceptance among users of metallic resistance materials. It is an excellent choice for heating elements operating up to 1100°C. It is provided in strip form. Its typical application includes most type of domestic appliances and other heating units operating in the medium temperature range.
