This is one kind of new structural purpose wall material, it may substitute the brick wall to make each kind of bearing wall, the non-bearing wall and the floor, the balcony and so on. It has the expanded building useable area (10%-15%), the heat insulation, sound-insulated, the earthquake resistance, the waterproofing, the construction is simple, is self-possessed lightly and so on the characteristic, at the same time reduced the project construction cost greatly. The company is engaged in manufacturing and supplying of various types of wire mesh since 1983. The welded mesh was developed as a special application on pipe reinforcements and construction industries along with standard application like green house, agriculture and poultry industries. It is manufactured on its imported German plant having width of 2.5 mtr. It is called multiple spot welding where liner wires, 50 to 100, are placed on machine and welded simultaneously at a time with cross wire feeding attachments. Spacing of liner and cross wires can be placed as per customer’s requirements and varied combination of mesh can be produced on high speed machine.
