Ambigram offers Rebar Bending Machine, TBS-13-6 (A). These are suitable for processing hoops, stirrups and both end anchors. Minimum processing dimension of D10 rebar is 200 mm x 235 mm. The bending angle available from 15 deg. to 180 deg. This is a reliable and long-selling bending machine having the processing efficiency of more than 6 times than a conventional type bender. The system is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ensuring easy maintenance and inspection. The controller displays the bending times and mechanical failure enabling in time counter measures against failures. Upgraded model is equipped with color operation panel. Once the bending shape and its dimension are fed, the bending units are automatically positioned. Other Features: 200 different types of processing data can be stored.
