Coron Cooling Towers Private Limited manufactures a high quality (RCC) Reinforced Concrete Cement Cooling Towers Cross Flow and Counter Flow which is used in various industries. Coron concrete cooling towers and RCC cooling towers design has proven itself as one of the most efficient and reliable. These towers are available in a wide range of optimum cell sizes with preferred configuration that fully utilize fills and water distribution system. Tower structure is optimized by in house structural engineers to minimize civil cost. RCC structure Frame work is done normally in M 30 grade of RCC as per IS Standard or as per specification. These cooling towers are available in capacity ranges from 500 m3/hr to 4500 M3/hr per cell and upto any capacity in multi cell. RCC superstructure is designed as per IS:456-2000 limit state design. Hot dipped galvanized steel or SS 304 is used to make mechanical equipment support, HDGMS Ladder, air tight access door for each cell, Fasteners and Hardware.
