KE Material Handling Pvt Ltd offers Radial Stacker. Storing of Bulk raw material at Cement Plants, Power stations and similar applications is achieved economically by building circular Stock Piles using radial stacking method. A belt conveyor is built into a pivoted structure and the delivery point moves about an arc to create multiple conical stockpiles at close pitch. The radius is selected to suit the capacity and repose angle of the product to be stored, and to control dust generation during discharge a Telescopic Chute is provided at the end with automatic retraction facility. For higher capacity stockpiles, a variation in the form of a Bridge Stacker is used in order to build a trapezoidal profile insTead of a conical one.
