Radial disc brushes are used in deburring and finishing applications, subsequent to machining operations. These brushes are filled with silicon carbide abrasive filament, of the finest high tensile oil-tempered steel, stainless steel, brass and other non-ferrous wires providing a constant and aggressive action on all areas of the filament which is flexible enough to conform to irregular surfaces for complete coverage. Its applications include: deburring and finishing compressor valve plates, aluminium extrusions, aluminium and zinc die-casting, gears and other deburring and finishing applications after machining operations. Manufactured by Anderson USA, these radial disc brushes are available in various diameter sizes from No: 3 to 12.
