Quickspinning System
The USTER Quickspinning system comes in three versions. The MDTA 3 is a microdust and trash analyser. Rotorring 3 is suitable for the production of silver samples; and the Quickspin rotor spinning unit ideally complement each other to form the Quickspin system. The testing installation with a small quantity of fibres simulates all the processes from the spinning preparation (opening, blending, cleaning, carding and doubling) to the spinning process, results quick, cost-saving assessment of the influences of raw materials from different growth areas and of fibre blends on the yarn characteristics. A version for long staple and synthetic fibres is also available.
