The Quick Scope/Tool Maker Microscope is manual/CNC-operated instrument. This provide multiple measurement solution for 2D measurement by scanning the work piece through CCD camera with an option for fix magnification and desired zoom from 22x to 150x magnification with Sony 400 quick scope. The system consists of an X&Y linear scale and high power 2D video QC 5000 on Quick Scope, surface contour LED optical zoom, and auto focus playback one-click edge detection for common parts. X, Y stage can be controlled by mouse or through CNC control box. The storage file can be transferred into AutoCAD for reverse engineering solutions.
